Trinabaho talaga from 3rd to 1st sa last meters ng karera! What went wrong?

Nagco-conserve ba for the next stages o sadyang nauubos na rin? Pati si Mervin Corpuz? Strategy lang ba to lahat o sadyang nauubos o talagang mas malakas pumadyak yung mga nagle-lead?

Sarap pagusapan nito! Lalo as first time viewer ng ToL lalong nakakagana mag-bike!

Just finished watching MPTC Tour of Luzon Stage 4. To be honest, wala ako masyadong alam pa sa cycling race and this has nothing to do with the race itself. Siguro ang concern ko is more on the technical side lalo sa coverage and broadcast ng "one of the biggest, if not the biggest, cycling event sa Pilipinas". I expected so much dahil nakakakita ako ng clips from other international cycling races/events. Here are my points of discussion:

- Coverage/Broadcast is very poor - considering na malalaking companies ang nasa likod ng Tour of Luzon, napakababa ng standards nila for covering/broadcasting this event. While watching, ang unprofessional ng camera works, video resolution/quality is poor, maraming instances na naghahang or nawawala yung broadcast. I don't think walang budget sa proper equipment and people ang organizers. The camera work can be a lot better. The video resolution can be better too. The event is backed by the government as well pero ganito yung quality? Speaks a lot about our country's standards. Napakababa.

Is this the best we got? Walang kaso sa tagalog commentary, mas okay siya lalo for people like me na hindi pa masyado maalam sa different terms sa cycling race. It's just that, sobrang baba ng standards ng Tour of Luzon sa aspect na to. This is one of the controversial things na sasabihin ko siguro pero please consider understanding my pov. The accent of the commentators. I don't know them, their history, or kung malaking tao sila sa cycling sa Pilipinas but they're not for commentary. Imagine this is an international event. International yung competitors and teams, people from other countries could be watching. All we can do is to at least give them a proper commentary. Kaso yung tono ng commentators parang may pagka-bisaya. Not in a negative or insulting way pero we know may specific way sila kung paano magsalita. And I don't think fit yung ganung way sa isang international event like this one. We have so many sports commentators na pwedeng isalang dito pero bakit ganito kababa ang standards ng MPTC Tour of Luzon.

Again, please enlighten me if may nasabi akong mali. Willing ako matuto. Pero all these are from the POV of someone na ngayon lang nakapanood ng broadcast ng Tour of Luzon. Gusto ko sana panoorin pa yung next stages kaso medyo nakaka-turn off talaga.

Let's discuss this in a healthy manner.

Ride safe!
