I apologize if this is not allowed but I need to know if I am going crazy here. To summarize I was in an accident that was not my fault. I drive a 2021 F-150 eco boost that had about 80k miles at the time of the accident. Damage was to the front and back and totaled to be almost 15k in repair costs.

I filed a diminished value claim and the insurance company came back and said $182.00. Am I crazy in thinking that this is way too low? I know different types of damage has different numbers but for the repair costs to that it seems ridiculous. I know you guys can’t give exact numbers based on the details but I would like to hear from anyone with experience filing a claim.
