Should I join off site team meetings? [México]
My exec has 12 managers in charge at a large production center, and he just recently asked to go to the team off site meeting with them. My last boss -at the same position- never invited me to anything, is it normal for the EA to go to the stuff she plans? I never go to the team dinners or party’s, only the -full company- ones.
