Help with peace of mind

Okay so I’m like 95% sure my best option in my life right now is to file chapter 7 but would like opinions from you guys on here.

I’m 26, i live in Indiana, I make about $45,000 a year right now and I DoorDash on the side and make about $250 a week but have only been doing that for 3 months or so.

I owe $5600 to one personal loan tied to my 2017 Ford Fusion that I will try to keep and just pay off so I still have my personal daily driver.

I owe $1600 to another personal loan.

I owe $1200 to CashApp.

I owe $6100 to my credit card, it is maxed out.

I co signed on a car for my brother, he is surrendering the car and I don’t have the funds to pick up the slack so I know they’re going to come after me for a minimum of $10,000.

I have had a gambling issue over the last year that has hindered my progress but think it truly comes down to a soul sickness or just seeking happiness through some form because my mental health has been in the shitter for the last year as well.

I see no end in sight and feel like I am stuck and never going to be able to drag myself out of this hole. According to all my information, is it my best bet to just go ahead and start the process to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy? I have no assets other than my car that is tied to a personal loan.

Thanks in advance, please help me out with some opinions and give me some peace of mind!
