Dear Community,

ever since some ios update (many months ago), there is an issue on both my and my gf's iphone 13 mini: Sometimes when a call arrives or a timer alarm rings, the phone is unresponsive for 5 seconds. The touchscreen won't let me or her pick up etc.

It only comes up rarely, but it is still quite annoying.

One of us is using a screen protector, one isn't. The phones are in good condition. This is clearly not a physical issue (could be a hardware bug?).

How do I fix this?
