I recently started titration with Psychiatry UK and I've been prescribed Xenidate (generic Concerta). It's only my 2nd week and I'm not at full dose yet so I know I can't properly judge whether it's working, I'm just trying to find out what my options are.

If it ends up not doing anything can I request to try a different medication? And even if this does help, is it possible to ask to try alternatives to see which is best for me, or will they see this as a red flag?

I spent over a year waiting to start titration and I'm terrified they will just decide I'm not suitable for medication and discharge me if I ask about alternatives or show any dissatisfaction with the way things are going.
