Been eating this on repeat and thought I'd share. This bowl is larger than it looks!
Recipe:
1/4 cup 0% plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil mayo
2 tsp sriracha
10 medium prawns
1 full english cucumber
1/4 medium avocado
Sprinkle 1 tbsp furikake
Drizzle of sriracha to taste.
This works great as a dump and shake salad. If meal prepping in a jar, put the avocado on the bottom and cover it with the yogurt and mayo which will keep oxygen from getting to it and prevent it from going brown.

You could easily add some rice and a sprinkle of panko if you want to add some carbs. Up the prawns and yogurt if need more protein.
