Doing a kitchen Reno and above the cupboard was a bulkhead hiding hvac. This goes to the upstairs bathroom only. I would like to cap it off and remove (getting cabinets to ceiling in kitchen) but what’s the best way to do this? The bathroom has a ceiling fan and window that opens. Basement is finished, so I am unsure where this is on the main hvac. Is this a thing I can DIY or is this time to call a professional?
