Hey guys! Looking for opinions on having a baby shower/sprinkle for baby # 2.
A little back story for the full picture. I had my first baby 6 months after my brother and they were the same gender so I used a lot of hand me downs including a crib that was barely hanging on. I still have some stuff from my first like a bed side bassinet, a swing, a pack n play, and car seats.
I mentioned the idea of having one to some family members and instantly got shot with “you only have a baby shower for your first kid, you don’t get another one.” I’m not expecting extravagant gifts from people as I really didn’t get anything for my first, my husband and I bought a lot of it ourselves. We just want to celebrate bringing a new life into the world and make memories.
My two will be 3 1/2 years apart and we aren’t finding out the gender of this baby till he/she is born.
