Been out of cleaning solution for dish tank for > a month

Restaurant my husband works at has been washing their dishes with just water for the past month, maybe longer. Management refuses to order more sanitizer fluid!

He brings this up to them, and it’s brushed off. The last time he brought an issue to management‘s attention, the response he got was “this is too taxing right now.”

Gotta love when a restaurant is managed by people who have never run one before! They seem too busy inventing new menu items and don’t really seem to care about day to day operations.

Hubby is looking for employment elsewhere.. Anyone else dealt with similar issues? Yikes
