My PC specs:
Mobo - MSI B550 Tomahawk MAX Wifi
CPU - Ryzen 5600x
GPU - 6650xt
32gb ddr4 ram
4 case fans + arctic liquid freezer iii pro

I have been experiencing random frame drops down to 15-20 fps for ~10 sec in every game that I play (COD, Rocket League, other singleplayer games). I just updated to Windows 11 to see if that would fix it but it hasn’t. It happens on games installed on NVMe, ssd, and hdd. My cpu temps are fine especially with my new cooler. Not sure what’s causing this. Any ideas on the source and if so any solutions?
