Hello. I am hoping to apply for a scholarship offered by Emilia-Romagna. I am currently residing in a country where there is no specific government agency issuing a certificate regarding family composition. I was thinking of securing an affidavit that will be notarized and apostilled, but I am a tad worried because I heard Italian authorities seldom recognize self-declarations such as affidavits. Has anyone gone through a similar situation before? What did you do?
