Building new mods, anyone got resources or tips?

Vs code and such

I am building new mods to add more immersion to the mystic/ascetic sides of the various religions in Game.

I’m wondering if moders have resources to help me get started.

Already have the tools, just looking for links to good tutorials or manuals or language info.

Btw modding Is much easier than I thought it would be….
