Part of what this administration does is connected to manipulative design tactics (alot of it is done in casinos actually, go figure as the guy was a casino boss). Part of that play is to create enough chaos to warp time and attention span and cause disorientation. It's why casinos don't have clocks or windows. Similarly; the constant news feeds also attribute to a feeling of gambling 'what's he doing now?? I.e. are you going to hit some kind of mental jackpot/win or loss?

These are cognitive manipulation tactics and they work. We need to figure out how to zone in on specific problems and focus on that. So if you have something that stands out to you as the most major thing, then just stick to that topic. Keep pressing. Keep it relevant. Don't keep posting and discussing the newest news cycle headline and jumping from issue to issue. If everyone is super passionate about one thing, then that thing stays relevant.

Group A: stay the course on topic x

Group B: stay the course on topic y

Etc.

Limit the amount of topics and passions on your socials. Posting all of them from the newscycle doesn't matter and ultimately makes the same impact as discussing just one consistently. Consider which one will make the most impact to voters. If it's the cost of everything right now (the one that most can see and experience first hand) then focus on that. Make that your vision.

Get off the roulette wheel and take the power of discussion back. Bring people's focus back to only a few core major issues and control the narrative.

So this was the first time my platelets were ever high with the anemia. Has anyone else experienced that with their levels? I read it can happen but concerned about it.
