Has anyone signed up for a trade show and then pulled out, and avoided the cancellation fees? No judgement please, for various unfortunate reasons our company will be unable to participate in an overseas show we signed up for, and we are prepared to lose the deposit. However we cannot afford additional cancellation fees.
