Honestly pissed that it took so long to get an offer as I've been applying since December but I am happy that I have one. Honestly, I applied to roles outside of my major such as in business, construction, software, supply chain, etc. Just something to get my foot in the door with industry experience.
The internship does pay well but it's in logistics and supply chain. My major is in aerospace so I'm not sure how much transferable skills I'll get.
Extra context: Im a BIPOC woman, a sophomore, and the majority of those companies that reached out to me focused on supply chain or EHS and aerospace is not relevant to those places.
