Used Chevy Equinox EV (24' or 25') vs. Nissan ARIYA (23'-25')

I've narrowed my used EV SUV search down to these two options (I think). I'm hoping to spend in the mid 20k range on a used car (under or around 30,000 miles). For the Ariya, I'd be looking at the trims that give comparable range to the Equinox.

Both cars seem to be in a similar range price-wise, any tie-breakers? Or should I just be waiting for the best deal?

Test drove the Equinox (enjoyed but felt big) and plan on testing the Ariya soon, but was hoping for any experience/advice. I currently drive a 2011 Honda CRV which I love (height, shape, driver vantage point) and am looking for a similar size for reference. Thanks!

Need Used Electric SUV Recommendations Please

I've been shopping around for an Electric SUV, and have realized today while test driving that the Kona/Niro's are a little to short for my preference (current have 2011 Honda CRV). I enjoy sitting slightly higher above the road.

I've been looking for an EV that is comparable in size (height) to the CRV and available for less than 30k lightly used. So far, my closest comparable cars are the Solterra and BZ4x but both seem to have some drawbacks. The Prologue seems too big for me. Any reccomendations? Do folks like the Solterra or BZ4x?

Thanks!

I just test drove the 24’ Kona and loved it, is the difference in size and design so significant that it’s worth the extra $3k asking price from the 23’ and earlier models? Has anyone driven both? What do you think?

Thanks in advance!

Hey Folks,

I recently decided that I'm interested in either buying or leasing a Kona EV, I'm looking for some advice on what to do in the current market. I have a good and stable job, but I want to make a sensible financial decision and I'm a first time buyer (or leaser lol).

-I have a est. $5,000 CRV that I can either sell or trade-in to put towards a new car (down payment for a new car or a lease)

I've heard that it might be best to lease an EV in the current market given no incentives from the federal government and that there is constant evolving technology around them (as well as current interest rates on loans). There also may be a future incentive that would help with buying or leasing EVs?

For purchasing, I've been looking primarily at Carvanna. If I lease, what type of terms should I be looking for (I've heard $0 down). Does it make sense to sell my car and use the money to make the monthly payments? Thanks in advance for any advice!
