Upside-Down Spin

Here is the update after taking everyone’s advice from the previous post I made! So I do think my form is better, and I didn’t get as nauseous this time, spotting the floor definitely helped with that. I’m now wondering though, if I’m spinning in the wrong direction? Because I lose my spin so quickly.

Ok, so clearly I am not centered. How TF do you find your center upside down? It has been so hard for me and I know that is one of the reasons I am not spinning fast enough. I also keep getting extremely dizzy and nauseous doing this spin. I am slowly building a tolerance. I can handle about 2ish attempts. On the third is when I really get sick to my stomach, and I get a bad headache and shoulder/neck tension. ANYWAYS YALL. I’m doing this for a show at the end of August so literally any tips and tricks to make this go smoother, faster, look better, and have less nausea would be so great. 🤪🤪
