Failed Quilipta feeling low

I guess I'm just looking for some encouragement today. I stopped Quilipta as of today (yesterday being the last pill I took). The side effects kicked my ass. What sucks is I'm feeling down/sad and I know it's just the med leaving my body, but when you feel it, you know what I mean. On top of the sad feeling it's my 53rd birthday today (who celebrates 53 anyway??) and I have to go to work today. Lame. I've come to realize CGRPs just don't agree w me and only give me side effects, so I'm done trying those with the exception of ubrevly that only kinda works for the migraine hangover. Triptans are still the king for me and do the trick. Idk why all my doctors insisted I try preventatives for 5yrs when triptans are fine for me. Oh wait, yea, I forgot about BIG PHARMA pushing them.. I just keep telling myself to get through the next few days and I should be alright again, it's just the med leaving my body making me feel bummed out.

Thanks for reading my rant.. have a good day friends
