When Robert told Ned that everyone in the small council was worthless except for Ned, that kind of hit me.

"The small council, my brother, worthless! No one to tell me no but you......only you....."

The delivery. The look Ned gave back to Robert was so heartbreaking, too. Very touching scene for me.
