My mom is in her 60s, was diagnosed 2022 with MBC (breast, liver, scull and bones affected). She had chemo, didn't take it well and developed polyneuropathy. Had to then change the following therapy because of pain in her teeth. By now she has spent 4 years in basically the first therapy line but now her lung seems to be affected: she had a tumor, wich was removed but now there is an unclear development. Somewhat similar to a lung infection but could also be an explosive biological change in the cancer cells. She did lose most of her hair during Enhertu, is extremely fatigued and has chemo brain.
I am a bit lost and would be extremely happy for any recommendations or just experience with this!

Thank you all so much!
