Looking at moving there in the next few months. Read all the obvious stuff online, want the unfiltered take from people who’ve actually lived there.

A few things I’m specifically wondering about:

1. How’s the condensation situation? Saw one review mention mold on concrete walls without a dehumidifier running.

2.What actually happens during king tides / nor’easters? Street parking, getting in and out, etc.

3.The Nusbaum management transition anyone who lived through it, how’d it go? Surprise fees on renewal?

4.If you moved out, why?

Also open to other suggestions in Ghent / Colonial Place around $1,800-2,200 with in-unit laundry if there’s something better I’m missing.
