They arent good fencing shoes, those have a rounded heel for easier lunging.

While lethal mark is useful in a variety of situations, trickster is only really useful when you are spamming throwing knives back to back.

There is a very small time frame in which the perk actually speeds up anything and it doesn't even make the "throw strength" build up faster either.

I think making it so that it highlights knives on the ground would be a good change. Similar to traps and locks it can be a red hue
