Hello! I noticed the top of my soil appears to have some sort of slightly green fuzzy mold. Does anyone know what kind of mold this is/how to treat? Should I repot the whole thing and try to shake out as much soil as possible? I also noticed a small bug crawl through. Unsure if there’s more. Thanks for any help!

- Near window gets direct light for most of day south/southwest window
- We water it about once every 20 days
- Plant overall looks great except the soil
