Cleaning up this V4

I love how full body it is 😻 It’s one of my favorites up at my local gym right now. I also love these vintage O’Neill pants I just got at the thrift store.

I bike, boulder and sometimes do free weights/calisthenics (trying to do the latter more regularly). Someone noted I wasn’t having very good scapular movement at the beginning of my pull ups and I feel like I’m shrugging through the movement and I’m working on that. And I’m also open to feedback on how to improve! I can do 5 consistently, sometimes up to 7 in a row.

I was taking this video when I saw leg dimples around my hamstrings and I was very excited and surprised, I never noticed this before!

All hail tofu and tempeh 🙌 And seitan 😈

I think I have seen a pattern of people on Reddit discouraging a down payment over 20%. Maybe this is just my imagination.

However, I have seen so much praise for making extra payments, especially during the early stages of the mortgage.

If I had 200k cash, and was buying a 500k house, and 50k is enough for my 6 month emergency fund, is there a reason not to put 150k into down payment?

Is the reason simply because you have more liquidated cash and could then spend 50k on extra payments over the next two years?

Thank you for sharing!
