Hello, I am looking for a recipe for Ciambella Ellenese! Has anybody heard of it? it is a P.A.T. product from Lazio, and a small ciambelle covered in a glaze/syrup called giulebbe. I am really curious about this ciambelle, maybe somebody can help me out? cheers!

I found a recipe for a lemon tart which is called "Anke Pie" or "Ankovsky pie". According to taste atlas and other shitty websites that copy-paste any bullshit that's been dropped around the www, this "pie" is of Russian origin and supposedly named after Nikolai Anke, who was Tolstoy's family doctor. Is this for real? Has anyone in Russia heard of that pie before?
