I’ve been applying to startup programs, grants, incubators, etc. recently and noticed something frustrating:

Every application asks almost the same things:

• startup description
• founder bio
• traction
• problem statement
• pitch deck
• LinkedIn
• documents

And I kept copying the same answers over and over again 😅

So I started building a small tool called SabApplier AI for myself.

Basically:

• You save your startup profile once
• Store common answers + documents
• Then it helps autofill applications directly on websites

It’s not fully autonomous or anything — more like a founder application assistant.

Curious:
How are other founders handling this currently?

Are you:

• using Notion docs?
• copy-pasting manually?
• hiring interns/VA?
• using some other workflow?

Would genuinely love feedback because I’m still improving it.
