Hi guys,

I’ve been listening to some subs for changing the appearance of my nose and I noticed that I experiencing a lot of pressure on my nose when doing so. Sometimes the pressure can be very intense and painful, and one time it led to a headache.

I would assume this means the subliminal is working (?), and perhaps, I listened for too long when I got the headache. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes I get the same pain around my nose (though less intense) when affirming (or listening to subs) for other, not physical appearance-related subs. For instance, I’ll occasionally get this pain when manifesting money or an SP.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea on what might be going on? Any advice is appreciated!
