We just got around 115ft of board and batten fence done by a local company. They got the fence done really fast and it does look nice. Upon further inspection, there are a lot of misaligned nails and some protruding ones. Given the overall cost ($8000), we were expecting a bit more consistency in the finish so we are feeling disappointed. Is this normal or something we should contact the company about? See the attached photos of some of the nails. There are at least (and more than) 65 nails misaligned that we counted.

Not too sure what I am looking for here, I just need to talk about my bunny, Willow. It's been such an emotional time for all of us the past few weeks. She's been going through a tough time recently involving abscesses. Here's all the details:

April 6th - small dark poops, not as interested in hay

April 7th - stopped eating mid salad time (not normal), allowed us to fully pet her without leaving (she is always too curious and hops away), and then had a slight head tilt to the left

April 7th 2pm - vet appointment, refusing all food, they gave her fluids and some pain medication, did a general examination and didn't notice any problems

April 8th - head tilt definitely present, on critical care, no interest in food/water, started the antibiotic baytril every 12 hours

April 10th - left cheek became noticably swollen very quickly, started metacam every 24 hours (also willow's first birthday!)

April 14th - sedated oral exam and skull x-ray, drained abscess from the outside to relieve pressure (they said it was very liquidy which helped with draining), still not eating hay and barely salad/pellets, having critical care every couple hours

April 15th - referred to another vet that focuses on exotics, had a general examination, her cheek was back to extremely swollen. looking over the x-ray and her teeth, we believe due to genetics (willow has always been an excellent hay eater) that willow didn't use her left side properly so the left bottom molars ran out of room to grow up and therefore started growing down from looking at the enlongated tooth roots

April 16th - lancing and cleaning of the abscess and packed 6 antibiotic soaked gauzes in her cheek, trimmed molars, started metronidazole every 12 hours, not eating any hay/salad/pellets, started to refuse critical care, the vet was surprised (as was the previous vet) at how liquidy the abscess was, started losing her litter box habits (she's always peed in the litterbox only)

April 20th - lancing and cleaning of the abscess and packed 2 antibiotic soaked gauzes, started buprenorphine every 12 hours/as needed for pain management, only interested in herbs (mainly dill and curly parsley) and barely eats that, still refusing critical care

April 23rd - lancing and cleaning of the abscess and packed 2 antibiotic soaked gauzes, the vet tried to feed her critical care (to which willow refused and spit back out), still not eating hay and barely any salad/pellets which we assume is due to the pressure of the gauze and her being uncomfortable

April 27th (today) - lancing and cleaning of the abscess (vet said it looked good and they didn't feel the need for more gauze!), found a second abscess starting in the same area that was not there four days ago (☹️), still not eating normally but that could be due to the anesthesia and possible cheek pain for now, we're going to wait a couple days and see what happens next with the abscess while she is still taking baytril and metronidazole

Has anyone had a similar experience with their bunny? Any success stories with cheek/jaw abscesses? What about stories about molar tooth extractions? Or any recommendations/opinions/comments/next steps?

Thank you 🐇❤️
