I recently had the epiphany that I want to do paralegal work for Criminal Law, a staunch shift from my current job at a small WC firm. What are some good tips to get involved in this field?

Also, would y'all recommend an further specialized training? I thought about getting my Masters/certificate in something Criminal Law/Justice related. I'm not sure if it's worth my time and money.
