Hello everyone, i got this used xc mtb off marketplace and I've been fixing it up bit by bit but I'm stuck at the rear derailleur, it does not shift throughout the gear range and almost at every gear the jockey wheels skip all the time, the cassette is new so is the chain, how can i fix it
