Recently I have made a ticket where I attached FOUR videos with comms where one player was harrasing me with most disgusting russian words. Here is the response that I have got.

Really ??? "We could not translate, we only understand English ? ". That is beyound frustrating. I have asked to redirect my ticket to admin that understands russian but I got default response: "Unfortunately, the evidence provided does not meet the criteria for a bannable offence."

I know in fact that my evidence DOES meet the criteria for a bannable offence, but this particular admin just ignored my request.

Btw it took more than 30 hours of waiting for 2 default responses combined.
