How often do you follow up after interviews? I made it to the 4th round of interviews with a company, was promised an answer within the week, and that was a month ago. I've followed up with the recruiter every 2 weeks or so, and every time they have pushed off the answer, claiming the hiring team hasn't had a chance to confer. While it's possible they haven't met(each round took two weeks to schedule, and every interview started 5-10 minutes late), I've also accepted that I probably didn't get the job. At this point I am just sick of getting ghosted, and after four rounds I would hope to get feedback but would settle for any response. Anyone else ever been in this situation?
