I really enjoyed the first book and immediately started the second. I’m on chapter 8 of Fae and Fare and I’m really starting to dislike both Ryoka and Erin. Does it get better? Does Ryoka continue to talk about voting for Gary Johnson (wtf was that). Will there be new central characters that will be more interesting? I guess the pop culture references bother me.
