Just as many of us I have an idea for a business. While I am still working on the plan and website I already start thinking of what do I do when I get my first client.
Now getting a client should not be an issue however from a liability perspective having a company would be better instead of running things on a personal title and account.
So my question to you experts is when would I need to consider setting up a proper legal business structure? Would that be from day or after have my first few clients?
Appreciate your tips and suggestions!🙏
Some reference: business will operate in EU and offering services in principle to non EU companies.
