Overnight bus from Prague to Wroclaw, or go the following morning?

I've booked a month-long solo lag to Poland mid-September, my first time being in Europe. Flying into Prague was significantly cheaper than flying into Wroclaw, and the air travel alone is about 20hours (budgeting since I'm a student). I'd arrive in Prague around 8 pm, the last Flixbus I could take is around 10 pm, and I'd arrive in Wroclaw around 330am, about a 5-hour commute. Is it worth it to drag out a 20-hour flight and then submit to a 5-hour commute to get to Wrocław? Or should I find a cheap hostel, sleep it off, and slowly make my way to Wroclaw in the morning? If there are any alternatives I may have missed, let me know!
