About 5 days ago I had 2 premolar extractions on the right side of my teeth (one on upper jaw, one on lower jaw) in preparation to braces, and unfortunately I did not then know about the side effects of what could happen as a result of the procedure (face being ruined, narrow airways, bad posture). I'm supposed to get 2 on the left side extracted as well (4 premolars in total) this week. What do you suggest I do? Palate expanders? Go ahead with the rest of the extractions? Keep in mind I'm 18 years old so palate expanders might be a good option... Please let me know what you guys think. The picture above is how my teeth sit now.
