High beta hcg on combined screening test.

Hello. Has anyone had a high beta hcg on their screen test come back but normal PAPP A?

I’m low risk but higher risk than my age predicted because my hcg has come back 2.89 MoM. PAPP A 0.86 normal and nt measurement 2.2mm

How did it go? Did you find a reason for your high beta hcg?

Help. Has anyone else had this. I expected it to be higher risk than typical as I’m 32 but my results for trisomy 16/18 have come back 1:5000 great.

My downs one has come back as 1:324
To me even though low this seems quite high still and my head is a mess

My papp a is fine
My bmi is 32 so not sure if this plays a factor

The NT measurement was 2.2 mm although baby was pretty curled up.

Can anyone reassure me please? Should I pay for NIPT?

I have health anxiety anyway and this is sending me off the scale because a lot of people my age results are in the thousands
