This is my first post. My Post 9/11 GI Bill has ran out so I'm looking to use my VR&E benefits overseas with Westminster University who authorized OSLA Academy in Medellin, Colombia to let Veterans utilize there benefits for Spanish classes. Im trying to build a strong case with Buddy letters, work history, etc and put it into an Oxford folder to try to walk it into the VA office without an appointment. There is a Veteran who owns a business to "Help" Veterans by having them take his courses. Of course it's all written by AI to help "Prep" for the VR&E appointment. The course is free, and after I looked it over and saw it was ALL completely written by AI, and he was dodging my questions specifically related to VR&E and told me that I have to take his courses first, then schedule a call with him I told him that I would navigate this on my own. Who has been in the same situation as me? What advice do you have? Thank you everyone. FYI My PTSD went from 30% to 100% in a few years and I had to quit my job numerous times because of that.
