I remembered when I was halfway to take a picture lol it’s chia seeds , frozen strawberries,oats raw,peanut butter,plain yougurt and coconut milk I used to soak overnight

I hate vegetables but I have just been diagnosed with iron deficiency, I’m forcing myself to eat them more. I made this spinach Asian way it’s bussin rice and chicken breast was yesterday left overs.

Where I work a cat gave birth I’m the only one taking care of it and it’s expensive to buy food on noon my coworkers think I’m childish and dumb they are always joking about me , they told me to release them but I can’t do where should I take them? Btw I helped her give birth I took a video
