Hey all,
I’m building Yaplet, a simple support tool for small SaaS/ecom teams.
The idea is to put chat, email, help docs, AI replies, feedback, and bug reports in one place instead of using 4-5 different tools.
I’m not sure if this is actually a big enough pain or just something we noticed ourselves.
Curious:
- What support tool do you use now?
- What annoys you about it?
- Would you trust AI to reply to users, or only draft replies?
- Is “all-in-one” useful, or does it sound like bloat?
Not trying to hard sell. Just looking for honest feedback while we’re still shaping it.
