Look at this book! I picked it up at an estate sale and it's full of exercises on how to have proper typewriting skills, like speed and precision and posture. I was very amused at the posture one. I learned typing skills on a computer and transferred it to a typewriter since my family didn't get a PC until the late 90s, so any typed schoolwork was done on my mother's typewriter.
The first bit focuses on home row keys and practicing your skills, which I think I need because I notice I make more mistakes the longer I type. The second part of the book teaches you how to compose personal and business correspondence (as per etiquette of 1971) which I think will be a fun look into the past.
Did anyone use this book or something similar to learn? I'd never seen it before.
