**What you'll do:**

- Develop high-CTR titles and thumbnail concepts

- Concept trailers from podcast clips (we handle editing)

- Build and execute channel strategy

- Shape the podcast's overall narrative and direction

- Drive views and channel growth

**What we're looking for:**

- Minimum 1 year YouTube or content strategy experience

- Familiarity with political, social commentary, or tech niches (ideal but not required)

- Bonus: Previous podcast experience
