White jammer only has red blocker to pass. Near the apex red blocker hits white jammer through the infield and white jammer ends up back on the track significantly ahead of the pack, lets say 20ft+. Before the jammer is able to go back out of bounds but after they ended up back on the track white blocker hits the red blocker out of bounds or down. White jammer sees this and continues to skate. What is the call?

I feel the jammer won't receive a cut on the red blocker, however they have significantly reduced the amount of track they would need to skate.

My initial instinct is that it is no penalty as they were forced out and were unable to control their ability to maintain an out of bounds position.

Similarly if white jammer were to fail landing an apex jump but was not engaged by that red blocker we would be looking at a penalty. I feel that because they significantly decreased the distance they would otherwise have to skate without being engaged by an opponent, this would result in a penalty.

Or would I be looking for a potential reaction by the white jammer. If they appear to be trying to slow down or stop, and notice the blocker out of bounds or down no penalty, if they don't make an attempt to slow down or stop penalty?
