Hi all — solo indie dev here. Wrapping up closed testing on a private-group soccer predictions app for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026. Trying to clear Google Play's 12 testers × 14 days threshold to go to production.

**What it does**

Create or join a private group with friends, predict match outcomes one by one, set custom scoring rules, and leaderboards update automatically as results come in. Also has a head-to-head module between teams, historical stats album, and optional prize-pool tracking for the group leader. Free to use; a few optional paid add-ons for groups (Liga Activa tiers, reports pack).

Carousel shows: groups list with real prize-pool tracking, predictions UI with FIFA odds, main dashboard with countdown, and a PDF export of the full 104-match prediction set.

**Tech (FYI)**

React + Capacitor + Firebase. Closed testing version is 1.7.2.

**Languages**

Primary: Spanish (es-419). English also supported.

**How to join (fully open links — no allowlist)**

Join the testers Google Group:

Wait ~5 min, accept the opt-in:

Install from Play Store (it'll show a "tester" badge).

If the opt-in says "you don't have access", wait ~10 more min and refresh — Google syncs group membership with some latency.

**What I'd appreciate**

- Open the app a handful of times across 14 days
