This isn't a shitpost I just posted here because the mods on r/pinkfloyd instantly deleted my thread for some reason.

I decided two weeks ago that I would finally delve into the Pink Floyd discography, starting with the very first album and working my way up one by one. In my personal opinion Obscured by Clouds is their first masterpiece.

It just blew me away, every song felt tight and complete. Wot's...Uh the Deal, Childhoods End, and Free Four being my favorites,(possibly my favorite PF songs I have ever heard) I don't know if this is a hot take because I assume most Pink Floyd fans love them for their long experimental and atmospheric tracks, and while those are good, this album just struck a chord with me. The songwriting is superb and the synths and instrumentals were incredible, really feels ahead of it's time.

I consider this to be the 2nd best album of 1972 which is a very stacked year in music(Yes - Close to the Edge just barely edges it out sorry)

I was shocked when I looked up several lists online of "Top albums of 1972", and kept scrolling and NONE of them had this album, I wonder what the deal with that is? That's why I come here to ask what the consenseus is. Regardless I am looking forward to hearing Dark Side next!

I game overed in Halloween right after getting Ana. Pissed me off because my last save was from a few hours earlier when I first got Lloyd before doing Duncans Factory. I really don't feel like playing through that again. I was wondering if anyone knew of where I can find some save data online of someone in a similar spot that I was in before losing my save. If not I am just not gonna bother finishing the game.
