Short term SIPs - 9k icici equity arbitrage direct; 6k hdfc ultra short term fund direct

PPF - 6k pm

NPS - 4.2k pm

Long term goal - diversification & wealth building (having a corpus of atleast 1 cr by the age of 45-50 )

Short term goal - lifestyle, travelling

Apart from this, I am planning to take a separate medical insurance other than my corporate one for me and my wife and a term insurance of 3 cr coverage.
