Hi everyone,

I am based in Belgium and looking for alternatives to Ovasitol that have the same 40:1 myo‑inositol : D‑chiro‑inositol ratio, ideally in powder form so I can take one scoop at a time instead of swallowing 4+ capsules daily.

My experience with Ovasitol

I’ve been taking Ovasitol powder consistently and have already finished 2 full jars. I take one scoop daily, which is convenient and easy to stick to. Unfortunately:

I haven’t noticed any weight loss

My hunger/appetite hasn’t been suppressed

No clear metabolic changes so far

Because Ovasitol is expensive and hard to get in Europe, I’m now looking for a similar 40:1 powder supplement that ships to Belgium or is sold in the EU.
