A new script lets you use an ACR122U USB NFC reader with Recalbox, similar to what Zaparoo does for MiSTer/Batocera. Tap any NFC card on the reader, and the game launches instantly with full bezel support. Game associations are done natively through the EmulationStation menu — no config files to edit. Works with any standard NFC card (NTAG, Mifare). Just needs a Raspberry Pi 5 + ACR122U (~$15). 3-line install via SSH, auto-starts on boot, easy restore after Recalbox updates.
