Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some advice.

How does one go about obtaining their academic record from an institution if they still have outstanding fees? Are there any alternatives or processes available besides settling the full amount first?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been in a similar situation or knows what options might be available
